TurboGrafx-16 (also known as PC Engine) emulator for the PlayStation Portable. "Ripfire's Turbo Grafx 16" is a misattributed copy of version 0.83UO1 of this emulator. The only change is the addition of custom Eboot icons and sounds. The executable (DATA.PSP) is identical.
